We need Moderators!
The new NP forum is up and running and now we need some moderators to keep a watchful eye for spammers and to help spread the word that we are trying to build the best Nurse Practitioner community out there.
Basically, it’s first come first served. Go into the forum, find a category or categories that you are interested in and start posting in it. Once other NPs start to show up and the Forum starts to buzz you will be more af a host, answering questions and deleting unproductive posts.

No commentsA new blog and a new community for Nurse Practitioners
I am always bothered by how hard it is to find Nurse Practitioners that I can talk about my day to day experience as a Urology Oncology Nurse Practitioner. Most of the sites or communities already out on the web are about Nursing in general or they are clinical practice resources focused on MDs exclusively. The sites that are just for NPs are to vague and don’t have very large or active communities.
Well, I have been looking for a way to start sharing my experience and rather than just trying to find a good resource, I am trying to make one. I set up this blog and a nurse practitioners forum as a first step.
This blog will be my place to share and for us to discuss topics and issues that affect nurse practitioners all over the US. The forum is a place to continue these and to add many other discussions. It’s also a place where you can share and store resources that you find helpful and think will be helpful to others.
I hope you enjoy it! We have a long road ahead of us.
